My newest painting, measuring about 18"x24", it's not a huge image but it's very important in terms of my personal exploration. Working at Pentimento Gallery this summer has really lit a fuse under my butt, and motivated me to paint when I could so easily be lazing around. 30+ degrees is a good reason to feel like doing shit-all, but it's an even better reason to be in a basement studio with the AC on.
